October 21st: The third event called "Let's give the wombat a toy"
began at two thirty on schedule.

(note: It is said that the event on October 14 was held though it rained a bit.)

Today's toy was a ball toy again.
Today the keeper showed the visitors the ball toy before he gave it to me.
According to him, the ball toy was made by the keeper,
a modified fisherman's buoy weighing 10kg.

You know I play with such a heavy toy easily.
How powerful I am!

The ball toy came into my pen from the fence as before.
I was swift to respond.
I kept playing with it for 50 minutes.
I sometimes think that I'm not an old wombat but a young one in such a situation.

I bit and chewed and pulled the cloth so vigorously, I finally tore off the cloth.

Since I was satisfied with my doing, I stopped playing.

I went back to my bed and took a nap.

I got up at 16:45 and played with the log a bit.

Since I was tired, I sat down.

I went home at last

The door finally opened at 16:55.
To tell the truth, when the keeper came to open the door at 16:00,
I showed no sign of going toward the room, and so he didn't open the door and left.
